December Prescription

Dear Patients,

December has rolled around, but still snow on the ground. This prescription is for the prevention of getting seasonal depression. I know we all want the winter wonderland... but it seems like we'll have to wait a little long. Use this prescription to help you get through these rough times..

We're still in the Flu season, so make sure you get your vaccination. I've been holdin on to a vast amount of great ingredients for this vaccine. So I you were with the crew in Roch, this past weekend, then you already heard these.

It's Dinner Time

Time to eat. This is really a great meal. A ton of new ingredients that have before instant classics. The actual meal below was eaten at 30,000 feet in the sky, on my way to New Zealand. Enjoy
